Repeaters

Let's talk about our repeaters. Our relationships with the cities of Helena and Stuttgart have led to a mutually beneficial outcome. It has allowed us to locate several repeaters and antennas throughout the area. This provides repeater service to HAM's in the area and doubles as a public service for emergency communication when needed. Let's talk about them in detail.

UHF 444.875 tone 91.5 TX & RX Offset +5.0 MHz

Helena, AR

Analog - System Fusion - C4FM - EchoLink

Located on top of our Crawley's Ridge tower in the northwest corner of Helena, this UHF repeater works on frequency 444.875 and has been operational since 2015. In 2020, the transceiver was upgraded from a Yaesu DR-1X machine to a Yasue DR2-X machine. This repeater is restricted to local FM and C4FM traffic. It is linked directly to the 146.805 repeater in Helena. This repeater supports FM Analog, C4FM Fusion and a Wires-X connections to The Magnolia Link Wires-X Room #64052. There is no EchoLink directly on this repeater. If Echolink is desired, use the 146.805 repeater and Echolink Node #184961.

Analog - System Fusion C4FM is supported

Located on top of the Crawley's Ridge tower just northwest of the city of Helena This UHF repeater operates on frequency 146.805 and has been operational since 2015. In 2019, the machine was upgraded from a Yaesu DR-1X to a Yasue DR-2X machine. This repeater supports FM Analog, C4FM Fusion. EchoLink is also supported on this repeater by using Node #568763. All Digital connections to other repeaters has been removed from this repeater and are now available on the 442.800 repeater (see below).

Analog - System Fusion - C4FM - EchoLink via links to Helena repeater.

Located on the campus of PCCUA on a short tower, this UHF repeater works on frequency 444.975 and has been operational since 2023. This repeater is restricted to local FM and C4FM traffic. It is linked directly to the 444.875 repeater in Helena. This repeater supports FM Analog, C4FM Fusion and a Wires-X connections to The Magnolia Link Wires-X Room #64052. There is no EchoLink directly on this repeater. If Echolink is desired, use the 146.805 repeater and Echolink Node #184961.
